Karina returns to visit the very hospital she was cared for prior to her adoption in December 1995; Karina was remembered fondly by her nurse, Mazia. The family spent the summer in Armenia and Georgia as an effort to allow their children to connect to their ethnic and cultural identities, and they hope to have the opportunity to do this every year.
